IBLJ A-List 2021 header banner

Based on the collective views of in-house counsel and India-focused partners at international law firms, the following are India’s leading lawyers and legal icons.

The A-List is based on extensive research conducted by India Business Law Journal. Biographies and contact details, where provided, are written by the lawyers themselves and have not been independently verified. The A-List does not include independent counsel/senior counsel.

It is important to emphasise that the A-List is merely indicative of the nominations and testimonials received by India Business Law Journal, and the background research of our editorial team. Many outstanding lawyers do not appear on the A-List, which should not be viewed as a comprehensive list of the leading lawyers in the country.
