Han Kun Law Offices가 자본시장 역량을 강화하기 위해 파트너로 Steve LIN 변호사를 영입했다.
LIN 변호사는 이전에 Kirkland & Ellis의 파트너였으며, 16년 동안 활동해 온 자본시장 전문가다.
그는 11억 3700만 홍콩달러(약 2015억원) 규모였던 Tuhu Car의 홍콩 기업공개(IPO), Lotus Technology와 Tims China의 나스닥 상장, 홍콩의 두 번째 SPAC 상장이었던 Vision Deal의 IPO 등 여러 대규모 IPO와 주식 거래에서 주요 자문 역할을 맡아왔다.
뉴욕주 변호사 자격을 갖춘 LIN 변호사는 Han Kun에 합류한 후 베이징, 홍콩 및 뉴욕에서 근무할 예정이다. 파트너인 Mike CHIANG 변호사가 이끄는 뉴욕 사무소는 지난해 오픈했으며, 이는 Han Kun의 두 번째 해외 사무소로, 싱가포르 사무소 개설 후 6개월 만에 문을 열었다.
