Seth Dua & Associates has taken on three new partners: Salman Waris from HSA Advocates, Gautam Chopra from Vaish Associates and independent competition practitioner VK Aggarwal.
Meanwhile, partner Rahul Goel and senior associate Anu Monga, who worked with Goel, recently left the firm to join Dhir & Dhir Associates.
Seth Dua & Associates’ senior partner Sunil Seth told India Business Law Journal that their departures were motivated by “aspirations different from the firm’s philosophy and policies”. He added that the firm had put in place “measures to retain existing professionals and attract new talent as demonstrated by the three new partners who have joined us recently”.
