Amrita Pandey has joined Hammurabi & Solomon Partners as a partner in the dispute resolution practice, marking a significant step in the firm’s strategic expansion into Kolkata.
With more than 16 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory advisory, Pandey has built a distinguished practice representing clients before the Calcutta High Court, the National Green Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, labour courts, industrial tribunals, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Her practice spans civil and constitutional law, maritime law, service law, criminal prosecutions, appellate and execution proceedings, and industrial disputes. She has also advised and represented government departments and agencies, public sector undertakings, and statutory authorities in complex legal and regulatory matters, bringing extensive experience in handling high-value and strategically significant disputes involving public sector entities.
