
Juris Corp has inducted Ankit Sinha, Apurva Kanvinde, Saurabh Sharma and Smrithi Nair as equity partners in a significant step for the firm’s continued growth and long-term leadership strategy.
Having built their careers at Juris Corp, the equity partners had made substantial contributions to the firm’s practice, client relationships and sustained success, the firm’s co-founder Jayesh said.

Sinha and Nair are partners in the financial services and regulatory practice, with more than 14 years and 13 years of experience, respectively. Sinha advises domestic and international financial institutions on complex banking and finance, restructuring, and financial regulatory matters. He is recognised for his expertise in transaction structuring and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.
Nair advises on derivatives, treasury products, financial markets regulation, and structured debt issuances. She is recognised for her expertise in complex financial products, payment and settlement systems, and providing commercially focused regulatory advice to domestic and international financial institutions, industry bodies and market infrastructure institutions.Kanvinde is a partner in the corporate commercial, financial services and regulatory practices, with more than 14 years of experience advising on debt capital markets, structured finance and securities laws. She is recognised for her expertise in complex financing transactions, transaction structuring, and delivering commercially focused solutions on domestic and cross-border mandates.
Sharma is a partner in Juris Corp’s dispute resolution and insolvency, financial services and regulatory practices, who also has more than 14 years of experience. He advises banks, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies, funds and corporates on complex financing, restructuring, distressed assets, and regulatory matters.
His expertise lies in structured finance, acquisition finance, financial services regulation, and delivering commercially focused solutions across sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
