Juris Corp appointed Vedanarayanan Lakshmanan, and Bindiya Raichura as the equity partners for their Mumbai office, and Namrta Sudan Rai as a salaried partner in New Delhi.

Lakshmanan, with 37 years of experience, excels in the areas of finance, taxation, banking, and corporate and secretarial laws.

With more than 25 years of experience, Raichura focuses on the areas of dispute resolution, general corporate, environment laws, mergers & acquisitions, project infrastructure and real estate. Previously, she worked with Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe for the past 26 years.

Rai has 18 years of experience in the field of M&A, corporate commercial, private equity, intellectual property rights and real estate. She had been a partner at Dhir & Dhir Associates from 2016 to 2021.

Along with hiring new partners, Juris has also promoted Smrithi Nair as partner for her derivatives and financial regulatory expertise, and Aashka Shah as the counsel for the Mumbai office.

Teza Jose and Smriti Jha have been also been promoted to associate partners from principal associates.

The firm announced Jinal Shah and Sharmistha Ghosh as principal associates, and Divya Dhage, Madhura Kulkarni, and Mahak Saboo as senior associates.
