Project finance lawyer and Seoul-based local partner at White & Case, Sarah Park, has moved to Singapore to join K&L Gates Straits Law as a partner in the corporate practice group.
She joined White & Case as counsel in 2019 and was promoted to local partner two years later.
Park advises sponsors, developers, export agencies, commercial lenders, private equity firms and global conglomerates on a broad spectrum of renewables, project development, project financing, corporate, cross-border M&A, and private equity matters across Asia, the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. She focuses on the renewable energy, energy transition, infrastructure, and the oil and gas sectors.
