Jacqueline Aikin has joined JCSS Law as a partner in its corporate and commercial practice in Pune.

JCSS Law is focused on transactions and general corporate practice, and has its main office in Pune, so joining them was a very natural next step for me, from a visibility and impact perspective,” says Aikin.

Aikin brings more than 16 years of experience in corporate law to the firm. Before serving as in-house counsel at Suzlon Energy for nearly a decade, Aikin dedicated six years to spearheading Solomon & Co’s Pune practice.
Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of legal matters, with a primary focus on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, and various corporate and commercial affairs. Aikin’s practice extensively caters to clients within the renewable energy and automotive sectors, representing diverse entities across the Indian legal landscape.
