Nidhi Khadria has joined JSA as a partner based in the firm’s Mumbai office, strengthening its corporate practice.
With nearly 22 years of experience, Khadria advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including complex transactions, strategic investments, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial arrangements.
Before joining JSA, Khadria was a partner at Lex Consult. During her career, she has also held senior legal and leadership roles at LOGOS India, Matrix Partners India and New Enterprise Associates. Earlier, she practised with leading Indian law firms AZB & Partners and Trilegal.
