Herbert Smith Freehills has continued its strategic expansion in the Asian private capital landscape with the appointment of Benjamin Lohr as a funds and asset management partner in Hong Kong.
Lohr brings a wealth of expertise in this sector, focusing on limited and general partner representation, secondary transactions and general asset management issues. His specialisation extends to advising international and regional sponsors on fund structuring, fundraising and secondary transactions.

Lohr’s role will span the global funds and asset management practice, collaborating with corporate and financial services regulatory teams to contribute to fund structured deals and offer regulatory advisory services in Asia. His appointment follows Herbert Smith Freehills’ recent investments in Singapore.
