Yulchon gives its dispute resolution practice a boost with the hiring of former director prosecutors Wook Jin Rha and Woo Young Choe.
Rha has joined as a partner in the firm’s global white-collar crime team with nearly two decades of legal experience. His background as the former director of the international crime investigation department at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ office positions him as a formidable asset in international investigations. His expertise includes cross-border issues, foreign exchange and customs.
Choe has joined as a financial investigation expert, in line with the heightened focus on financial crimes and the recent establishment of the firm’s joint investigation division on financial and securities crimes and virtual assets. His experience and promotion to chief prosecutor add a wealth of knowledge to the firm’s financial investigative services.
