Herbert Smith Freehills has welcomed Anthony Patten to its team as a corporate partner focusing on energy in Singapore, which will support one of the firm’s highest priority areas for growth.
Patten brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the energy industry, particularly in transition investments. His expertise includes a deep understanding of traditional energy projects and emerging energy technologies.

Patten offers expertise in corporate, project development and finance advisory within the international oil and gas/energy sectors. With three decades of experience, including six years with Shell in London and Dubai, he has advised clients on investments across Africa, North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
