The Indian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) has appointed S Ramaswamy, the vice president and group general counsel of Escorts, as its new president. Ramaswamy takes over from former president Girish Gokhale. Ashok Sharma, ICCA’s founder and formerly general counsel of MMTC, will continue to serve as the founder president of the organization.
