Kanga & Co has advised Om Power Transmission on its successful initial public offering (IPO) of 8,575,000 shares, raising around INR1.5 billion (USD15.73 million) on the NSE and BSE.
Kanga & Co acted as the sole Indian legal counsel to Om Power Transmission and the bookrunning lead manager, Beeline Capital Advisors.
The Kanga & Co team comprised senior partner Chetan Thakkar, associate partner Pooja Sharma, and associates Siddharth Jani, Kartikeya Anshu and Seerat Khera.
Om is a power transmission infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction company with more than 14 years in the business.
