Three new lawyers – Lu Qunwei, Ricky Zhou and Wang Feng – have joined Zhong Lun Law Firm to bolster services in its Beijing and Chengdu offices.

Lu and Zhou joined as partners to strengthen the capabilities of the capital markets, litigation and arbitration practice, while Wang is in charge of trade compliance management and customs affairs.

Lu and Wang are based in the Beijing headquarters. Lu’s practice areas include domestic capital markets, private equity and investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and legal services for financial institutions.

With more than 15 years of experience, Lu has helped 10-plus companies, including GF Securities and Sealand Securities, complete A-share IPOs or restructuring and listing. Lu formerly was a partner at AnJie Broad Law Firm and Jurisino Law Group.

Wang’s experience covers trade compliance management, export control and customs, and cross-border e-commerce matters. He used to practise at King & Wood Mallesons and has worked for one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Zhou, formerly a senior partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal, is in charge of dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions and non-performing financial asset disposal in the Chengdu office.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in related fields, and has participated in the handling of the RMB6 billion (USD874 million) special subsidy dispute between the China Automobile Dealers Investors Association and BMW China.
