After being a partner at K&L Gates for almost a decade, Singapore-based energy and infrastructure expert Tan Lian Yok. Tan has joined Squire Patton Boggs, also as a partner.
With almost three decades of experience in the energy and infrastructure industries, Tan has advised government-linked corporations, financial institutions, and private companies on a wide range of projects including renewable, hydrogen, liquified natural gas, power, oil and gas, infrastructure, mining, and technology matters.
She also has significant experience advising on project development and construction, as well as financing, including project, structured, trade and asset financing and derivatives.
Barry Stimpson, Squire Patton Boggs’ Singapore office managing partner, said Tan’s wealth of connections across the Asia-Pacific, particularly in Indonesia, will strengthen the firm’s existing relationships and help in securing new clients.
