In a single judgment on three petitions against the Union of India, filed by Yum Restaurants (I) Pvt Ltd, Nokia Solutions and Networks India Pvt Ltd, and EI DuPont India Pvt Ltd, Delhi High Court set aside the decision of the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) denying subsidiaries of foreign companies operating in India the benefits of the Served from India Scheme framed under the foreign trade policy.
