Job Description
Our client, a Real Estate USD Fund with their China operation headquartered in Shanghai, is looking for an experienced Real Estate transaction lawyer to join their Shanghai office to support the expanding business. You will be working closely with the business team participating in project negotiations, liaising with government authorities, and provide daily legal support.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must be a PRC qualified lawyer with extensive experience in advising in Real Estate M&A matters, prior experience gained from PE Firm/Asset Management Firm is a plus. Fluent written and oral English and Mandarin skills are necessary. REF: 16083/VTA
