Job Description
A world-renowned manufacturing business with a solid presence in China is looking for an experienced lawyer with good commercial sense to join the industrial business of their China Legal Team. Be a core member of the team and work closely with the China Legal Director advising on various legal issues including but not limited to daily consultation from business to corporate functions, as well as projects.
Requirements
To qualify, you must be a PRC qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE gained from leading law firms and/ in-house environment with previous exposure to industrial business. Candidates with business savvy, proactive and outgoing, good integrity and excellent team spirit, willing to learn, and supportive preferred. You must have fluent English and Mandarin for the role.
