Job Description
This Magic Circle law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join their corporate team in Hong Kong.
Requirements
You should have some experience of first-tier public company M&A transactions to join this market-leading practice, as well as IPO deal experience and knowledge of Listing Rules. Candidates possessing strong technical aptitude and written and oral communication skills will be shortlisted. You must have fluent English and Mandarin skills for the role. REF: 16075/VTA
