Job Description
This global semiconductor foundry is seeking a Sole Counsel to be based in Nanjing. You will be handling all legal matters, including commercial, corporate, compliance, and litigation, in China.
Requirements
To qualify, candidates need to be PRC qualified with over 10 years’ relevant PQE, preferably gained in the manufacturing/technology industry. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English is imperative. REF: 16085/VTA
