Padmini Rathore, formerly the chief executive of DSK Legal since 2018, has joined Khaitan & Co as chief practice officer.
In this key management role at Khaitan, Rathore will oversee the firm’s practice and sector groups. She will ensure a strong alignment of strategy and management across all practice groups and its 200-strong partnership.
Rathore previously worked as the principal and head of consulting at Rainmaker Online Training Solutions, as a director at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and held a similar position at Amarchand Mangaldas for more than three years.
