Puri was partner and head of the trademarks, copyright and designs practice area during his stint at LexOrbis, contributing his extensive experience in prosecuting and enforcing intellectual property (IP) rights.
His expertise spans domain name disputes, particularly before the National Internet Exchange of India and the World Intellectual Property Organisation, focusing on IT, advertising and privacy-related matters.
Puri has worked on intricate commercial and IP transactions, and has significant litigation experience across Indian courts and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
He has managed large IP portfolios across diverse sectors including in the pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, software, fashion, automobiles and alcoholic drinks sectors.
