IndusLaw hires CAM partner
IndusLaw has added Ravi Kumar, who was previously a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, as a partner in the firm’s Mumbai office. Kumar has advised on a broad range of corporate transactions and has led high–value transactions across industries including oil & gas, ports, renewable energy, real estate, financial services, retail, industrials and manufacturing.
He has also advised various large Indian conglomerates and their sponsors on their growth and asset monetisation strategies, regulatory issues, corporate governance and overall strategy.
Veritas promotes four to partnership
Veritas Legal promoted Prachi Dhanani, Kanisha Vora, Somrita Chatterji and Natasha Sethna to the firm’s partnership in its Mumbai office. Dhanani has more than 10 years of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and joined the firm in 2015. Vora has more than 10 years of experience and focuses on M&A, private equity and ESG. She joined the firm in 2016.
Chatterji has more than 10 years’ experience and M&A, private equity, retail and e-commerce, and joined the firm in 2016. Sethna has more than nine years of experience in M&A, private equity, pharma and healthcare, and joined the firm in 2015.
