Majmudar & Co has appointed Prashanth Sabeshan as a partner in its banking and infrastructure group.
Sabeshan has almost 15 years of experience advising on general corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on joint ventures and investments in infrastructure projects. His infrastructure experience includes advising on the development of greenfield and brownfield energy projects, port terminals, mining projects, commercial contracts, power purchase agreements, procurement and construction, project finance, security and credit documentation and trade financing.
Sabeshan has been with Amarchand Mangaldas, Australian firm Freehills, and Norton Rose in Singapore. He also worked as a senior counsel with the sponsors on the development of an integrated mine project in Indonesia.
