Latham & Watkins hired commercial litigator Dominic Geiser as a partner in Hong Kong. He joined from Herbert Smith Freehills in Hong Kong, where he was a partner for more than seven years.
Geiser brings vast courtroom and commercial experience advising on complex and high-stakes business disputes.
He has expertise advising on a broad range of high-stakes matters for private equity funds, companies, and financial institutions.
He is among the few Hong Kong litigators to be appointed a solicitor advocate, with higher rights of audience in the Hong Kong Court for civil litigation cases.
