Philippines law firm PJS Law, a member of Dentons, welcomes the return of Jose Carlos Marin as special counsel and head of litigation.
Marin previously served as a senior associate at the Manila-based firm in 2021 and rejoins after more than five years at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, where he handled civil and commercial disputes and administrative cases.
In his new role, he will oversee case strategies, team development and client communications.
“We extended the invitation to Carlos to rejoin the firm to strengthen and further grow our litigation and dispute resolution practice in response to increasing client demand. He brings valuable experience and capabilities that complement our existing team and enhance our ability to assist clients across a broad range of contentious matters,” Roy Santos, managing partner and one of the founders of PJS Law, told Asia Business Law Journal.
