Founded in 1993, China Commercial Law Firm is one of the first batch of partnership law firms authorised to be established in China, and is one of the largest comprehensive law firms in China. The headquarter is located at the 21-26th floor of Hong Kong China Travel Service Building in Futian District, Shenzhen, with an office area of 10,000 square metres. It has been ranked first in Shenzhen and Guangdong for many years in terms of scale, revenue and tax payment, and ranked 13th in the list of “2022 ALB CHINA China’s 30 Largest Law Firms” in 2022.

China Commercial closely follows the national strategic layout, and its branches cover the major economic zones, provincial capitals and economically active cities in China, with branches in 17 cities with GDP exceeding RMB1 trillion, and its legal service network largely covering the whole country and extending to North America, the Middle East, Europe and other regions. At present, there are 48 branches with more than 2,700 professionals, including 251 partners and more than 2,000 practicing lawyers. Meanwhile, the professional system has been perfected, with 19 professional committees, six research institutes, three business research centres, and 120+ registered professional teams.
