Jointide Law Firm was founded in March 2015 through the merger of Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm, established in 1989, and Qingtai Law Firm, established in 1994. Both founding firms were recognised as National Outstanding Law Firms by the Ministry of Justice. Jointide is a provincial-level law firm with 21 branches. Headquartered in Jinan, Shandong Province, it has branches in Jinan, Qingdao, Beijing, Dezhou, Chengyang, Dongying, Liaocheng, Zibo, Binzhou, Yantai, West Coast, Weifang, Shanghai, Weihai, Linyi, Tai’an, Heze, Linyi, Tibet, South Korea and Qingzhou, Laizhou.
