Jointide Law Firm has established a branch in Seoul after receiving government approval hoping to open the legal market in East Asia and offer more cross-border services for clients.
Jointide’s South Korean business team comprises nine lawyers, who have also worked as general counsel at the Korean Consulate General and trade groups in Qingdao.
The Seoul office will provide consultancy services for South Korean companies, advise Chinese firms on investments in South Korea, for Sino-Korean joint ventures, personal outbound investment and immigration, civil litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution of criminal cases involving Chinese and South Korean law, etc.
