Firm Overview

In April 1993, Duan & Duan was founded in Pudong, Shanghai. It has established 29 head offices and branches (including branches in the same city) in major cities of the mainland of China, and has set up 10 overseas offices, including those in the US, Europe and Asia. With its cloud system and one-firm platform, the firm has been able to serve its clients as a highly-integrated firm via Al-based management.

Duan & Duan remains committed to seeking a highly internationalised operation, which marks its most distinctive feature. Since its establishment, it has focused on providing professional legal services for multinational corporations investing in China and for Chinese enterprises going global. In addition, it was the first to extend its service network to Hong Kong and even set up offices abroad.
