Krishnamurthy & Co has promoted Praveen Raju to the firm’s partnership. Raju has spent just over a year at the firm after being hired to work in its Mumbai office, which opened a year earlier in February 2010.
Prior to joining Krishnamurthy, he worked for a year-and-a-half at Lovells in Singapore, before it merged with Hogan & Hartson to become Hogan Lovells. He has also worked for J Sagar Associates in Mumbai.
Raju’s areas of expertise include private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
