Japan-based Kosé Corporation has finalized the terms of its arrangement with Elder Pharmaceuticals to set up a joint venture company in India. Kosé will hold a 60% stake in the company, which will manufacture, distribute and sell Kosé’s cosmetics in India. Elder will hold the remaining 40%.
