Shi is proficient in bonds and equity-linked securities legal services involving infrastructure, energy, and emerging sectors. She has managed several significant projects such as the issuance of overseas treasury bonds by the Ministry of Finance, the first offshore debt offering issued by Chinese local governments and the first local government bonds to be issued in Macau.
