Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a promising start-up as the Intellectual Property Director to set up and take charge of the team in China to cover its expanding global operations. Working closely with external counsels, you will oversee patent mining and fillings, enforcement, and strategies while providing advice regarding general intellectual property matters, such as licensing and research deals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified attorney with a solid technical background in engineering, physics, electronics, automotive and hold a patent agent license. This role requires you to have proven patent know-how, along with familiarity with Chinese and global patent standards and procedures. You must have fluent English and Mandarin skills for the role.
