Job Description
A notable tech-manufacturing start-up backed by premium corporate investors is looking for an experienced legal professional to work as their Legal Director to join their Shanghai headquarters. This is a proactive leadership role responsible for advising business management on the legal issues for the operations of this newly established company, including but not limited to R&D, manufacturing, licensing, branding, and other later-stage operational matters.
Requirements
You must be a qualified lawyer with proven in-house PQE and a strong understanding of industry-relevant matters such as manufacturing, engineering, automotive, technology, etc. You should have a confident personality, sound commercial acumen, and strong communications and management skills. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: CN174/VTA
