IndusLaw has promoted Shruti KP to partner in the tax practice team at the Mumbai office this month after joining the firm two years ago as counsel.
With more than 15 years of experience, she specialises in transactional tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and contentious issues.
She has clients from various sectors such as information technology, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, technology, media and telecoms, financial services, oil and gas, private equity, and pharmaceuticals to name a few.
Prior to joining IndusLaw, Shruti was a senior manager at UK-based Ernst & Young, and principal associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
IndusLaw has 400-plus lawyers, including more than 60 partners, with offices in Bengaluru, New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
