Ishtiaq Ali and a team of five lawyers have left India Law Services (ILS) to join ALMT Legal.

Ali, a former project finance partner at ILS, has handled over 100 project finance assignments in the Indian market. He has been joined in the move to ALMT by Meghna Joshi, Ketki Pawar, Krishna Kumari, Hetal Sheth and Anwar Khan, all of whom were associates at ILS.

At ILS, Ali built a significant infrastructure practice from 2002 onwards, while also advising banks and financial institutions, primarily as lenders’ legal counsel.
