Haroon Asrar has joined Solomon & Co Advocates & Solicitors as a partner and head of the firm’s Pune branch.
Asrar, who brings 13 years of experience, specialises in infrastructure, corporate and commercial law. He will focus on corporate transactions, particularly in the technology, infrastructure and energy sectors.

Asrar previously worked as a general counsel and business relations head at Stup Consultants. He was also director and CEO at Vandac Properties.
