Mayuri Tiwari has joined Anagram Partners to strengthen the firm’s disputes practice.
Tiwari, who will join as a partner, is a seasoned dispute resolution specialist with more than 13 years of dedicated expertise in commercial litigations and arbitrations.
Her practice focuses on representing clients in both domestic and international arbitrations, notably those seated in diverse jurisdictions such as the SIAC, the LCIA and the ICC. She is also well-versed in rules under the UNCITRAL, the LMAA and the ICDR.
Tiwari’s extensive portfolio includes advising clients across diverse industries, including energy, oil & gas, healthcare, and infrastructure. She works on strategic disputes involving private equity investors and those arising from joint ventures.
She also has experience in advising on bilateral investment treaties, providing guidance on their intricacies and handling related disputes.
