Rajah & Tann (Thailand), a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, has appointed Adirek Limsiriwong as a partner to bolster its tax practice in Bangkok.
Limsiriwong arrives from KNSAT Associates Legal and Tax, where he was the founding partner and co-led the tax and corporate practice.
Bringing more than 30 years of experience, he focuses on Thai and international taxation, cross-border investments, M&A, transfer pricing, tax controversy and tax-driven corporate reorganisations under the Thai Revenue Code and related legislation.
He also advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, listed companies, private enterprises, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, family-owned business groups and private wealth clients on strategic tax matters and domestic and cross-border business transactions.
“The addition of Adirek Limsiriwong as a partner is a highly strategic milestone for Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited. As businesses and private wealth clients increasingly navigate a highly complex and evolving regulatory landscape in Thailand, providing specialised, integrated tax expertise has become essential,” Rajah & Tann (Thailand) co-managing partner Supawat Srirungruang told Asia Business Law Journal.
“Adirek brings more than 30 years of deep experience spanning domestic and cross-border business transactions, transfer pricing, M&A, and tax controversies. His arrival immediately elevates our full-service capabilities across all tax-related areas. This expansion reflects our ongoing investment in practice growth, the diversification of our offerings, and our commitment to responding to the evolving needs of our clients.”
