Han Kun Law Offices welcomes Sheldon Chen and Clarence Chung back to the firm and they will be based in the Shenzhen branch.
After his first stint at Han Kun, Chen joined AllBright Law Offices and served as a partner at Llinks Law Offices in 2020. Chen has expertise in private equity and venture capital investments, M&A, equity incentives, and general corporate matters. His clients include RMB and USD funds, strategic investors, startups and listed companies, covering TMT, AI, consumption, medical, new energy, logistics, etc.
Chung was a law counsel at an internet company after leaving Han Kun. He joined Llinks in 2020 and was promoted to partner before leaving the firm. Chung focuses on private equity and venture investments, capital markets, foreign direct investment, and M&A. He has advised clients from the internet, TMT, integrated circuits, digital assets, real estate, medical, logistics, catering, infrastructure, etc.
