Han Kun associate law firm merges with Hong Kong branch

Miao & Co, an associate law firm with Han Kun Law Offices, has merged with Han Kun’s Hong Kong branch.

The expanded branch would operate under the single brand of Han Kun in Hong Kong with legal support from seven partners. Its business covers capital markets, private equity, M&A, corporate and commercial dispute resolution, and compliance.
