Han Kun Law Offices has opened a branch in Wuhan, its sixth after Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Haikou.
The new branch will focus on investment and financing, funds, financial management, intellectual property, dispute resolution and compliance.
Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province and a part of the Hubei pilot free-trade zone. With the rapid development of local legal services, the number of lawyers in Wuhan has accounted for half of the province’s peers, according to a filing from the Hubei Provincial Department of Justice.
