After almost eight years as a Stephenson Harwood partner, corporate and private equity lawyer George Cyriac is set to join Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Singapore.
Cyriac will be a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, subject to relevant regulatory approvals and permits.
At Stephenson Harwood, Cyriac oversaw the firm’s private equity practice in Asia and its Indonesia practice, as well as advising on complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in the region.
With more than 24 years of experience, Cyriac has acted for leading multinational and Asian companies, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, state-owned enterprises and banks, and has advised clients across the investment cycle.
Jami McKeon, Morgan Lewis & Bockius’ chair in Philadelphia, said Cyriac’s knowledge of all manner of corporate transactions and the broader Asian business community would be helpful to assist clients with a variety of transactional needs.
