Southeast Asian regional law firm Tilleke & Gibbins welcomes back IP expert Nuttaphol Arammuang as a partner in its Bangkok office.
Before the move, Arammuang was most recently a partner and the head of IP at R&T Asia (Thailand), a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, which he joined last year to establish an IP practice.
He started his legal career at Tilleke & Gibbins from 2002-2015, and was a senior associate during the last three years at the firm before he left to join ZICO IP as a partner and taking up a leadership role as the managing partner from 2019-2022.
With 20 years of experience, Arammuang focuses on providing strategic counsel and representation to corporate clients seeking to protect their IP rights by helping them to capitalise on their valuable assets and navigate the complex landscape of IP law.
Throughout his career, Arammuang has successfully handled a wide range of IP litigation cases and will play a key role in representing clients in high-stakes disputes.
