Aspire Human Capital Management, an education services company headquartered in Gurgaon, has raised US$4.5 million in a series B round of venture capital funding led by Foundation Capital, a US-based early-stage fund.
Foundation Capital will take an undisclosed stake in Aspire as a result of the deal. Neeraj Bhargava, a co-founder of private equity firm Steer Capital also made a personal investment in the company.
The funds will be used by Aspire for further growth in India.
