Duan & Duan Law Firm and Anthony Siu & Co have formally joined forces following approval from the Law Society of Hong Kong.
Duan & Duan’s headquarters is in Shanghai and Anthony Siu & Co is a Hong Kong law firm. Both firms will retain their existing brand names, and expand their mainland China and international law services, co-operating closely with each other in cross-border matters such as dispute resolution, investment, data protection, capital markets, international trade, etc.
Duan & Duan has 25 branches across mainland China, as well as seven offices in the US, EU and other Asian countries. It has hundreds of partners and more than 1,600 law professionals, covering 28 industries and 73 sectors. It was also among the first batch of mainland law firms to set up branches in Hong Kong in 2006.
