DSK Legal advised actor Sonu Sood when he was appointed, via his company Sood Informatics, as a brand ambassador for fintech company Spice Money on 13 December.

S&R Associates advised Spice Money, which is a subsidiary of BSE and NSE-listed Digispice Technologies. Sood’s appointment was for an undisclosed amount and a period of three years.

DSK Legal’s team comprised partner Rishi Anand, principal associate Jitendra Soni, senior associate Chirag Jain and associate Palak Sehgal. S&R Associates’ team comprised partner Sanjeev Adlakha and associate Kanika Khanna.

In a statement to the stock exchanges, Digispice Technologies said Sood Informatics had agreed to subscribe to about 2% of the present share capital of Spice Money, which will be partly paid up initially, and become fully paid up over a period of three years as per an agreed schedule.

The company also said that the final stake of Sood Informatics in Spice Money may be up to 5% of its present paid-up share capital when Sood Informatics and Sonu Sood achieve agreed upon milestones and deliverables.
