DOCVIT Law Firm has added senior partner Dong Geng to the Beijing branch to improve the dispute resolution practice.
Dong, formerly a partner at the CM and PH law firms, focuses on civil, commercial and administrative dispute resolution, criminal litigation in finance and securities, corporate compliance and legal risk prevention.
Having served as a judge for 25 years, Dong is particularly adept at handling intersecting criminal and civil cases in finance, securities, taxation, and intellectual property. Many of the cases and judgments he has presided over have been documented by the Supreme People’s Court, serving as references for similar legal matters.
